When a mistake has been made,
Or things get out of hand,
Take the time to stop and think,
Before you take a stand.
The price you'll pay for anger,
Or lack of self-control,
Could cause isolation,
Or from reaching your goal.
For self-control is neede,
In everything you do,
As it well make the difference,
In your life and what covers to you.
So next time,
When self-control is put on trial,
Give your mind a private moment,
To stop and think a while....
